David Salamons
David has over 25 years experience in advising on matters of commercial and industrial property including construction and developments from the "ground up" through to large retail and industrial portfolios. He advises on all company and commercial matters with particular reference to acquisition and disposals of businesses.

For many years he has been a specialist adviser in non-contentious trademark and copyright matters including brand strategies particularly in the textile and allied industries. He has been a member of the UK Textile Institute and lectured on their behalf in copyright and trademark matters and has held various directorships in textile and branding organisations.

He was the founder member of international law group Unilex which has incorporated within its members, firms in Europe, the Far East and the United States.

For the last 10 years, David has become involved in corporate and personal leadership development and coaching and has led trainings in these matters, in Europe, Australia, South Africa and the US. He was European chairman of a worldwide organisation involved in leadership and transformation. In addition, he is the co-founder of an executive coaching business and is retained as a European consultant on behalf of Whetstone Inc, a leading US based leadership organisation.

Robert Taylor
In addition to being a solicitor in England and Wales, Robert is an attorney, notary and conveyancer in South Africa and solicitor in Eastern Caribbean, including the British Virgin Islands.

Robert has developed a niche expertise in tax and business law applicable to international clients wishing to set up their businesses or trade in several jurisdictions. He draws on his knowledge and over 35 years experience as a lawyer in three jurisdictions and participating as manager and entrepreneur in the trade finance, banking, company and trust management, real estate development, bio-medical and telecommunications industries on several continents.

In addition he teaches law and accountancy to post graduate law students at a University in London, coaches for business team and individual performance, and leads life and leadership skills training groups on three continents.
