Our work in this area is wide ranging: from business start-ups, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, through to the formation of limited liability partnerships and joint ventures of all types.
We advise on and draft different types of agreements, including shareholders agreements, distribution agreements, cross-border agreements, and brand licensing agreements. We also advise in connection with issues relating to employment and various other areas defined by contractual relationships of one sort or another.
Often we are instructed on a business startup, which leads to our continued involvement as the business expands. We are inspired by the idea that starts in the mind of one or more individual(s), and develops into a real business. We find the challenges exciting and are always more than happy to be involved in such projects.
